Significant changes between Slc26a4 +/- and Slc26a4 -/- mice are marked with an asterisk (*). Numbers between bars represent the number of animal pairs analyzed. Note that significant increases were mainly seen in stria vascularis, to a lesser degree in spiral ligament, but not in spleen or liver.
