  1. p values were determined using chi-square tests for categorical variables and ordinary least squares regression for continuous variables. There is a slight discrepancy between the trajectory percentages estimated by the model and the percentage of children in each trajectory at baseline. The model estimates the percentage of children in each trajectory based on all available data at multiple timepoints. These do not match the trajectory membership for all children with observations at baseline exactly. Due to rounding error, percentages do not always add up to 100.0
