Surgically resected carotid atherosclerotic plaques were stained using immunohistochemistry. The antibodies used were anti-DIDO1 (Aviva Systems Biology), anti-FOXJ2 (Thermo Fisher Scientific), anti-CPSF2 (GeneTex), and anti-DHPS (Proteintech) antibodies for comparison.
