The diagnostic process for radiologists alone, smartphone app alone, and radiologists with smartphone app’s assistance in diagnosing biliary atresia based on 333 prospectively collected sonographic gallbladder videos. Eighteen radiologists with different experiences made the initial diagnosis by watching the sonographic gallbladder video independently. Then, radiologists used the smartphone app to take pictures of the gallbladder images and obtained the diagnosis of the model. Through the combination of their own knowledge and the diagnosis provided by the smartphone app, radiologists made the final diagnosis
